Your Workday 

As a CRM developer at Swedish Match, you will have a challenging, but also fulfilling role. Your days will vary in tasks, depending on what is prioritized at the moment. This role includes collecting requirements, managing the backlog, developing, testing, releasing, and managing the CRM platform. You will also support the users of the platform and handle the errands that could arise in a working day. As a CRM developer, you will belong to the team Business Applications Services, however, you will work cross-boundaries with people in other teams and countries. Moreover, you continuously try to identify needs from the users of the platform and improve it.  You will achieve this by communicating on a regular basis with important stakeholders. When new versions of the platform are released, you will communicate these changes to the organizations pedagogically when necessary. In time, your role could entail more responsibility for the CRM in other countries in Europe.

Who are you? 

Competencies Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working with CRM
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Good knowledge of .NET
  • Some knowledge in building integrations
  • Some knowledge in the Microsoft Power Platform services
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Experience from Requirements management
