Assignment description:

You are going to be responsible for overseeing, managing and leveraging the entire life cycle of IT investments in infrastructure and systems. While working closely with the business and service providers, you are expected to define the proper metrics and KPIs in evaluating service delivery quality and performance levels. You will also be acting as a change agent to implement and manage quality improvement processes in service delivery management. 


Competence requirements:

  • Experience in transition and knowledge transfers
  • Experience from working with both SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Experience from both supplier and stakeholder management
