Assignment description:

Interim solution for the implementation of a new salary system for four (4) of our clients legal companies, where our client needs a person that can lead and implement the project towards goals in accordance with the project plan regarding scope, time, costs, and quality connected to the companys guidelines and collective agreements.

Idea and Objectives of Assignment:
Implementation of a new quality-assured Salary system as well as a new Time stamp- and Scheduling system. IT project manager on site will be responsible for the project as a whole and by that the companys point of contact with the Suppliers project manager. The IT project manager will be responsible for integrations
to existing systems and will need to have a close collaboration and close dialogue with the HR project manager who will be managing HR perspective to coordinating and pushing requirements, development and testing and implementation of new technical solutions, as well as with the Group IT who is responsible for infrastructure, systems, IT and information security. To thrive in this role, the person needs to be confident and experienced in the role of project manager.

Main areas of responsibility:
Ensure that the project continues according to plan and within the timeframe for set deadlines within the project and that project participants from various departments (e.g., IT, HR, payroll) are kept well updated regarding status and execution

Competence requirements:

The consultant should have experience in acting as an IT project
manager for a payroll system implementation or ERP system, aswell as replacement of the existing system. She/he will contribute with his broad technical and system competence and has experience and knowledge about the pitfalls and success factors that exist in this type of project. The project manager must produce recommendations and make demands on external consultants as well as the internal organization. Everything to ensure an optimal project. A requirement is that the person has knowledge of IT project implementation and experience from various industries. It is advantageous if the person has been involved in Visma System before.
