DMS Certification IT Consult

The consultant tasks/consultant is expected to:

Project steering: drive and coordinate the DMS (Dealer Management System) Certification for the customers systems  and in the region (Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark)

  • DL Software (Sweden/Finland)
  • Quick (Norway)
  • Helios (Denmark)oIncadea (Norway/Sweden)
  • Pinewood (Denmark)
  • Winassist (Sweden)
  • Infoflex (Sweden)
  • Online (Finland)
  • Konefutur (Finland)
  • Verendus (Norway)
  • Kobra (Sweden)
  • Close contact with DMS Providers for our dealers in the region
  • Drive, develop and support the ongoing certification project, and ensure that it aligns with the customers strategy
  • Act as a contactperson towards DMS Providers and clarify that the demands/criteria from customer are clearly communicated and met throughout the certification process–and support the DMS Providers in questions/inquires surrounding integrations during the ongoing process.
  • Tight collaboration with department colleagues at S-5, A-6, FG, and Central RIS Team (HQ Germany)
  • Ownership of Motorrad topics at Confluence site
  1. Update content
  2. Ensure that timeline is held in regard todeadlines from HQ
  3. Ensure that connectIT and EGRC are updated
  • Coordinate testingand making sure that theyare executed, follow-up on deviations and report internally and to DMS Provider.
  • Report to either Head of Business or Business Development Project Manager


The consultant KPIs:

  • Ensure that the DMS Certification process gets started in 2023.
  • Ambition to certify DMS Provider’s Quick Software and DL Software according to customers standards during 2023.
  • Starting the DMS Certification process for as many other Motorrad-only DMS providers in 2023.
  • Excellent alignment with S-5 department regarding combined(Car/Motorrad)DMS providers.
