As an Application Manager at Envirotainer, you will bridge the gap between IT and the business, translating business needs into technical solutions. You will play a key role in our growing company, delivering exceptional IT solutions alongside a dedicated team of professionals.


As an Application Manager at Envirotainer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a strategic view on applications to meet customer needs both short- and long-term.
  • Continuously defining requirements and driving changes in close collaboration with the business.
  • Managing vendors and suppliers related to the applications.
  • Ensuring applications comply with regulations, correct licenses, and are updated to the latest versions.
  • Maintaining and securing application documentation, governance plans, technical documentation, and roadmaps.
  • Monitoring and following up on application availability and performance.
  • Overseeing the support and maintenance budget for the applications, including support costs, licenses, and development costs.
  • Acting as 3rd line support and leading incident management related to the applications.

This position is located in Rotebro, with flexibility to work partly remote. Some travel to other offices may be required.


To succeed at Envirotainer, you’ll need strong planning and social skills to meet stakeholder needs. You’re someone who works well independently to achieve goals, while also being a team player who enjoys supporting colleagues.


  • Experience of working with application governance and/or application development.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is desirable, but relevant experience can compensate.
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Experience of Azure components and agile development processes is meritorious.
