We are looking for an Engineering Manager with experience of Ruby on Rails for one of our client’s teams.
Assignment description:
This team is responsible for a Ruby on Rails solution that fetches and processes audiobooks and e-books from publishers to their platform.
As the Engineering Manager, you will need to integrate into the team, assess its structure, and evaluate both individuals and team dynamics. This includes critically reviewing competencies as well as the overall performance in terms of processes, working methods and technology.
All but one team member are based in France. This role requires a minimum of three days per week working from the office in Stockholm
Competence requirements:
- Experience with Ruby on Rails
- Previous experience in leadership roles
- Availability to work at least three days a week on-site
