About the role:
We are looking for a talented person with Microsoft Dynamics 365 support and/or developer skills to join our Nordic team. In this position you will be Nordic Responsible for the existing Dynamics 365 application to meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with our internal teams, especially sales, customer service and support, to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement customizations. You have an important task to make Kärcher a more data-driven business.
You will also be a part of the Nordic IT team and work with AI implementations, Google Workplace scripting, Clients like Windows, Chromebook & macOS, mobile phones like iOS & Android.
You will for example:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements
- Design and implement data migrations and integrations with third-party systems
About you
We value your personal skills highly and belive that you enjoy to communicate with colleagues in different business areas and strive to learn more about Kärchers business areas and new technologie. You communicate unhindered in English, both written and spoken.
We are looking for you that have:
- A few years of work life experience whithin Dynamics 365
- Experience within scripting and understanding of code
- A desire to learn and create implementations within AI, Google Workspace, Chromebook etc.
Meritious:
- Experience within Power BI, Google Workspace
- Knowledge within sales, customer service or support
- A technical university or colleage degree
- Knowledge in one or more of the Nordic languages
