Your Workday
Adapteo has the ambition to become the leading adaptable space partner in Europe. As a Sr IT Project Manager at Adapteo, you will work at a strategic level with the management team and make an impact by focusing on change management within the organization. You will be part of Group IT, a centralized organization that supports all parts of the business, with colleagues in Sweden, Finland, and the Netherlands. Within Group IT, you will together with a colleague drive several initiatives simultaneously, focusing on change management and bridging the gap between the business and the digital development agenda. You will also be responsible for shaping a new business unit within Group IT.
A significant part of your work will involve participating in the development of IT strategic objectives and engaging the operational countries in the established vision. This may involve, for example, improving workflows by introducing digital tools or introducing entirely new technologies such as generative AI. You will have a crucial role in shaping and driving the implementation of the strategy. This is an opportunity for you to influence Adapteo’s digitalization and business development by working with Group IT and the business side.
You will be based in the office in Solna, travelling will occur from time to time. You report directly to the CIO.
Who are you?
To succeed in the role of Sr IT Project Manager we believe that you have:
- Previously led complex, preferably technical projects
- Previous experience in strategy creation and implementation.
- Experience in working with Change Management
- Previously acted as a link between IT and the business
- Fluent spoken and written Swedish/English
We are particularly interested in your application if you have an academic education and a background in Management Consulting.
As a person, you are accommodating and a good relationship builder. You possess excellent communication skills and have no problem interacting with individuals at different levels or contexts. Furthermore, you have a strong drive to move forward and are unafraid to challenge the status quo.
