DOVISTA is now looking for a Systems Consultant to join the Digital Business Solutions team and play a key role in the implementation and long-term development of our new HR system.

Your daily work

As a Systems Consultant, you will support the implementation of Oracle HCM – both strategically and hands-on. You will act as an expert in technical HR development, integrations, and configuration, shaping how the new system supports the business across the DOVISTA group.

You will work in a cross-functional team, collaborating with HR, IT, external partners, and colleagues across Europe. The role also includes further development, optimization, and maintenance of the system post-implementation.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM solutions and related applications within the ecosystem
  • Act as the owner of HR solutions – continuously challenging and improving existing processes and setups
  • Conduct needs analysis and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and key stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value
  • Ensure optimal, efficient, and best-practice use of Oracle HCM throughout the organization
  • Participate in system integrations, data flows, and technical design across platforms
  • Apply best-practice methodologies and contribute to IT process improvements (e.g., ITIL)
  • Work in agile sprints together with developers, project managers, and external vendors
  • Support the development, optimization, and maintenance of HR processes after system implementation

Who are you?

You are a tech-savvy and collaborative person who thrives in the intersection between HR and IT. You are driven, curious, and want to be part of building something long-term.

We believe you bring:

  • A university degree and 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM or similar HRIS platforms
  • Solid knowledge of HRIS functionality – especially in Core HCM, Compensation, Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Experience from at least one full-cycle HRIS implementation, preferably in an international environment
  • Familiarity with reporting/analytics tools used within HR
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Fluent English and minimum basic Swedish
  • Willingness to travel approximately once a month to Denmark and other locations in Europe during the implementation phase
