As an Application Specialist, you will be a key player in improving operations and addressing the challenges that Car-o-Liner faces. Your focus areas include realizing the needs regarding the organization’s applications and leading initiatives to develop and enhance them. Through your work, you will help create better and more efficient processes, while also increasing overall performance.


Your work tasks

· Work with continuously improvements and support for Jeeves, Qlik and other Business Applications.

· Initialize change projects to maximize the usage of our Business Applications.

· Lead and participate in projects both from a change management and technical perspective.

· Handle internal support of our internal applications.

· Develop methods, reports, tools, processes and implement new routines to establish a better control and higher quality of our Business Applications.

· Secure that we follow our internal procedures in development and projects when we use external support.

· Work with process adoption accordance to SOX and other regulations.

· Comply with the company’s quality- and environmental policy and work according to the company’s rules and regulations regarding health and safety.


Who are you?

As an individual, it’s important that you possess strong collaborative skills and a business-oriented approach as you will collaborate and interact with many parts of the organization. You have the ability to make quick decisions and are open to changes and new solutions. Additionally, you should be highly driven, results-oriented, and clear in your communication. Furthermore, you should have a strong ability to translate strategies and plans into operational implementation.

Your background is in IT, either as a consultant or in a line role where you have extensive experience with Jeeves. You have a broad understanding of system solutions and comprehend integrations with other systems, for instance. Perhaps you are currently an application consultant and wish to have the opportunity to work from the client side with greater overall responsibility for delivery?


Competencies required

· Bachelor in IT, Business administration or equivalent education.

· Jeeves, ERP, SQL, Crystal Reports.

· Good knowledge of general business processes.

· Swedish and English verbally and writing.

· High communication skills.
